Matthew Graff: "Skidompha Library"

The mission of Skidompha Library is to support and enrich the community by

fostering literacy, providing ready access to information resources, encouraging lifelong learning, and promoting cultural and social interactions. The Skidompha Library Association is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization responsible for providing library programs and services to the residents of Damariscotta, Newcastle, Nobleboro, and the greater Pemaquid peninsula.

Presenter Matthew Graff grew up on Long Island, New York, and after college and law school, joined the New York Department of Environmental Conservation. Books eventually took precedence, setting Matthew towards his MLIS from Syracuse University and a position as the Director of the Cohoes (NY) Public Library. Matthew became Skidompha’s new Executive Director in 2019. He lives in Newcastle.
